Certainly there is a need associated with the fact of wanting to promote any process of personal development that we propose, and for this process of personal development to work there must be the willingness to be subject to the changes that our personality must face.
It is unfortunate that human beings many times in circumstances of our lives we have to go through situations so difficult that we become difficult to handle, are problems of self-esteem, anxiety, anguish, among other problems that need a proper management by us, management that certainly is very likely to need the full willingness of us to accept a change that is for the welfare of ourselves.
The solution in some opportunities may be in our hands, that is to say, there are problems that a person may face that may be existential and circumstantial, but in other opportunities it may turn out to be a latent problem. Do not expect to find a quick and timely solution in courses, therapies, self-help books, because perhaps what is best suited is the process of change that we can implement for our own behavior.
