ustadz , I want to ask, there is yes sunnah fasting done on Friday, what is the law for those who do not want to ask for an explanation

Waalaikum salam wr wb
Fasting whenever possible other than forbidden days. Special Friday the Prophet SAW said:
لا يصومن أحدكم يوم الجمعة إلا أن يصوم قبله أو بعده
"Do not fast on Friday but fasting before or after," [Al-Bukhari].
Prohibition in the hadith what does it mean, haram? Or Makruh? And is there any provision?
Here's the explanation?
Imam An-Nawawi, as quoted by As-Suyuthi, explains:
الصحيح الجمهور كراهة صوم الجمعة منفردا, وفي وجه
"The most suhhab opinion according to our school and this includes the opinion of jumhur ulama that fasting on Friday the law makruh if not fast jua on the day before (Thursday) and afterwards (Saturday).
Some opinions say the law makruh fasting Friday special for people who hindered his worship because of fasting and weak body. "[Nurul Lum'ah]
That is the hadeeth of the Holy Prophet whose understanding is explained by his scholars.
