Hi Folks,
It is really exciting to be here. Let me take this chance to introduce myself very briefly.
My name is Metin and I am originally from Turkey. I do live in Indiana with my wife and I work as a research scientist at Purdue. Doing some rocket stuff.
Some of the Turkish fellas would grab the origin of my nickname, which comes from the legendary & champion horse. (I do love horses and horseback riding.)
Here I plan to post about various things from traveling to my hobbies (wet-on-wet painting; aka. Bob Ross style oil painting, traveling, cooking, baking and some streets foods.) And just a little bit on science. Perhaps some struggles I encounter in research and life as well?
And I promise, no dad-jokes. Yes. No.
I have a lot to discover here, I should probably start from learning how to format the text properly :)
