The newbieresteemday initiative, brought to us by @mudcat36 and @davemccoy, is still in the beginning phase we focus on giving minnows a bit more exposure by resteeming their post and providing encouragement and guidance where needed. Each one of us involved in the newbieresteemday take one day out of our week and dedicate it to doing just that! We were all n00bs at one time, and it can be quite scary, at first.
