Hello guys my name is Rakesh Paul, i live in Jamshedpur Jharkhand. In my busy schedule of office home other works I try to manage to workout every single moment of my life because not only I want to make myself fit but also hardworking personality. In India most people do not have time to get into fitness but they forget that it gives you a proper body shape and bring discipline in life. As i am young and energetic enthusiastic and many more I used to increase my workout day by day just because it's so much fun to get out of the stress level of the life busy schedule and busy work make you lazy as well as active depends upon you whether you want to choose a part right so according to me is the gift of your body.
Now i will love to thank the person who introduced me to this lovely platform @alokkumar121 i came to know about him through social media and one day while talking he told me about this platform and i just gave it a try and really i am loving this platform to the most.
Slowly i am learning a lot and yes soon i will start getting knowledge about everything on this platform.
