Federal judge rules DOJ must hand over Comey memo documents
A federal judge ordered the FBI on Thursday to turn over documents related to former FBI Director James Comey’s memos. The memos are notes that Comey took during his infamous one-on-one meetings with President Trump. The DOJ had long argued that releasing the Comey Memos in their entirety would interfere with the Special Counsel investigation, and the court had been inclined to agree.
The memos include the notes that Comey said he leaked to the media to spark the appointment of a special counsel. Redacted versions of the memos were released to Congress and the public.
Found in the Washington Examiner it makes me ask the following questions. . .

Uranium One deal which Mueller himself was involved in and all the collusion with the agent of the Russian billionaire yet. . .the clean people are the colluders? “Earlier in March of this year, the DOJ argued that disclosing information related to the Comey Memos could impede the Mueller probe, saying it “would reveal information about the focus and scope of the Special Counsel Office’s investigation that have not been officially publicly disclosed, and which if disclosed now “could reasonably be expected to cause … potential harms.”
Is CNN Now deciding to do their job? WHAT?
CNN responded to the DOJ’s arguments a week ago, telling the court that they had “shown that the FBI’s justifications for redacting the Comey Memos are illogical and implausible."
Of course the full Mueller report should be released! The Only people they are worried about harming is THEMSELVES! The corruption of these FBI, DOJ special counsel that is FILLED with DNC/Russian colluders. Rules for Radicals by Saul Alinsky the DNC has literally spoke about and fully uses. ..”Whatever you are doing, Blame it on the other side!”
Let’s not forget how the DNC spelled it out in those Wikileaks from their own camp (Seth Rich) who they tried to blame on the Russians but it was a person with values who Exposed their hides. . ..They were going for a “dumbed down citizenry!” Congratulations Fraudsters of the DNC! An article by Fox News states,
Washington District Court Judge James E. Boasberg -- an Obama appointee who was also tapped by Chief Justice John Roberts for a seat on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court -- issued an order Wednesday demanding the FBI hand over "clean and redacted copies of the documents in dispute here," apparently including the Comey memos and documents relating to the declarations.
Boasberg will review the materials "in camera," meaning privately, as he determines whether to make public the FBI's secretive declarations. The FBI, in its opposition filing, insisted there was no legal basis to turn over the materials.
But CNN's reply brief argued that the FBI had "failed" to establish a compelling reason to keep the documents secret, noting that there is a strong presumption in favor of access to court records -- and that, by releasing the memos to Congress, the FBI had conceded there was no legitimate law enforcement justification for denying the FOIA request in he first place.
The DOJ's inspector general, meanwhile, is reviewing whether some of the Comey memos improperly contained classified information.
Trump promised to "declassify and release" key FBI FISA warrant applications and related documents -- including the entirety of a FISA application to surveil a Trump aide that relied heavily on an unsubstantiated, leaked dossier created by an anti-Trump ex-British spy working for a firm hired by the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee.

The memos, which a personal Comey friend leaked to the media following Comey's termination, were more widely shared within the government than previously known, three sources familiar with the matter told Fox News last year -- although Comey later admitted to hiding the memos from some senior DOJ officials.
Last April, the DOJ gave lawmakers redacted versions of five of the memos, a congressional source told Fox News.
