In my opinion, this is the start of the end of America being in the forefront of innovation. The regulators will start to say "This is in our jurisdiction now", where they had no interest in it before, and then decide it is big enough to be in "their jurisdiction". Any company/exchange that has United States Americans as users will have to boot them due to fear from (insert three letter government entity here). Any ICO's will be raised by other means by exchanges who turn a blind eye to who their users are(we don't see no 'Mercans here) or make it so anyone can buy in without having to say where they are from. Example: Send X BTC here and in return get X ETH contract(with your ETH in some type of form).
