it seems like the Antifa people have taked about using concrete to mess up train tracks before. It seem that before they warned people about happened before the train moved alone. This was a terrible accident but many people on the web noticed that before the accident happened. The local Antifia membership deleted the posting bragging about it from their page.
Here is the stonger points they wanted you to know that were deleted from the internet.
