200 grams of sugar
4 eggs
200 grams of flour
200 grams of chocolate powder
110 milliliters of red wine
200 grams of butter
1 envelope of yeast

preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356 ° F).
In a plate sift the flour and mix it with the envelope of yeast.
Beat the eggs together with the sugar to form a whitish mixture. Then, add the butter, which has to be at room temperature to mix it better. Beat vigorously until you get a kind of cream.
Now add the chocolate powder and mix again, with the help of the beater to make it easier.
Then add the flour mixed with the yeast and stir well to integrate.
While stirring a single moment, add the red wine and stir for five minutes until a smooth cream is obtained.
Spread a little flour in the mold to use, previously smeared with butter or oil. Pour the mixture and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
