There's no system in place, and that should be the function of government; to help get people out of homelessness, to help get people out of poverty, to help get people out of debt, to help get people who have served their time as felons back their unalienable rights, and so on. Our government puts the wants of corporations over the needs of it's people, and the rights of corporations over our Constitution. It needs to stop.
