Based on an article by Motherboard, Ajit Pai and the FCC is delaying the final full Net Neutrality repeal for the time being. The reason the FCC have decided to delay the repeal is to buy time to push laws that would prevent U.S states from passing their own net neutrality rules. So while the delay might sound like good news, its actually bad news because this helps buy time time for big companies such as Verizon, Comcast and AT & T to stop net neutrality from being restored.
