This is from CNN.
Gino Rea was arrested in his own driveway for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor.
He was in his car, "listening to music" in his driveway at the back of his house.
It wasn't until the THIRD time that law enforcement came to his house that they arrested him.
He never left his own property.
There was no evidence that he ever intended to leave his property.
Shockingly, the Michigan Supreme Court upheld his conviction!
Think twice before having a beer while you mow your lawn in Michigan.
How long before we start seeing people arrested & convicted for laws they might break in the future?
What was that Tom Cruise movie, Idiocracy? ;-)
