Hello my dear Steemian friends!
Today we had our Meetup in Hamburg. This one was the first of a monthly following series of Meetups. The main goal is to bring new users and existing Steemians together and share our experience. Furthermore we want to grow a solid user base in Germany.
We had a good start! @essra and I met for the last preparations for the Meetup. Checking the projector, presentations, drinks and snacks etc. We were happy @gargon visited us as well!
To make it more steemy (I gave my best).
We talked about Steemit and cryptocurrencies in general. Some people were totally new to the blockchain and so we some great discussions together. We showed them how to use Steemit, what Steemit is, why they should use Steemit (there is no reason to not use Steemit). Some of the attendee signed up after the meeting. I welcome @lifestyleolli to Steemit! Hope you will have a great time and see you on the next Meetup.
After a short break we had a Q&A with @ned. Thanks for the talk Ned! The people loved it. In the end I emphasized the potential Steemit has. Many of the attendees focused their questions on the economical part: Will the price of Steem rise?
The main goal right now is to grow. With growth comes the rest.
Everything starts small and once people start to hear about Steemit, they won't use anything else.
