Happy New Years Everybody!
I have to say... I’ll take the good and the bad and although the bad was bad indeed the good far outweighed the bad. Still... goodbye and good riddance to 2020! I am looking forward to whatever it is that 2021 holds. And I’m am facing forward (not backwards) because that, after all, is the direction I’m headed!
I’m setting fitness goals for myself just like I did the beginning of last year. I want to have a wellness approach to my health this year and I’m going to do that by setting activity goals around all the aspects of health. Spirit, Mind, Body, and Special Focus... I will be a better man than I was last year.
SPIRIT - Activity: Meditation 10 - 15 min. daily first thing in the morning.
MIND - Activity: Learn the definition of 1 new word every day for the next 365 days and spend a minimum of 1 hour reading books.
BODY - Activity: Continue with my workouts each day adding 15 min. of stretching and yoga to my routine. Organize my dietary requirements at the beginning of every week so as to adequately support my physical success.
SPECIAL FOCUS - Activity: Cut out 1 hour of screen time to make more time to connect with my friends and loved ones. The multiplier for each of the above health compounders is focusing on taking care of other people’s Spirit, Mind, and Bodies.
BUSINESS: Activity: Select 1 business run and 1 business build to work on each day. No less than 1 hour dedicated to each of these primary focus’s each day. THINK EVEN BIGGER. ACT.
HIVE - Activity: Continue to reduce basis and further my position by making monthly investments in both Bitcoin and Hive. Continue programming the WIN SYSTEM & Launch Ready Radio!
INVESTING PRACTICE - Activity: Continue trading options on the stock market and building my business watch list. Track all assets and accounts each day.
MINIMALISM - Activity: +1/-1 thing each and every day. (Get rid of 1 thing every day that no longer helps me towards my goals. (1 LESS) Adding 1 thing every day that brings me closer towards my goals. (1 MORE)
For now... this is how I intend to approach this new year.
