More than a week ago my friend and hive mentor @rlathulerie, posted about some empanadas she made and asked: And how do you prepare it..? Today my post is how I make the empanadas, this time I made them with shredded beef, but you can make them with whatever you like. This is an extremely easy recipe to make.

Hello everyone, today I'm here to share a little bit about a little outing my sister and I had. We took advantage of the fact that we had some time since we hadn't been touring the city center together, and the opportunity arose. So, well, after waking up very late and waiting for the rain to clear up because it had been pouring down since morning, we got down to business.

Well, I continue with my practice of tuning and playing the instrument, now a little more complicated because I have caught a very annoying flu virus, my mother and brothers just passed it just a week ago but now my son and I have taken it, it is a virus that produces respiratory manifestations and fever, the most annoying thing for me is nasal congestion, but still I am with firm foot to continue developing my musical level, today I present an exercise I found on a YouTube channel, I saw it and it caught my attention....

This time, I'm here to show you, share, and comment on my workout routine today, which focused on some exercises to strengthen the Victorian Lever and the Straddle Planche. As you can see in my photos, I was in the comfort of my home doing a short workout to strengthen the movements of the parallel-grip Victorian Lever and the Straddle Planche.
As I've mentioned in my previous posts, I'm not currently training optimally, as I had to purchase a new training bar, and it's not yet ready to be brought home. So, for now, I have to complete my workouts with the support of my mini parallel bars and two pieces of furniture in the living room.

It was Max's first birthday celebration with us here last July 9. He is now two years old. We welcomed him as our new family member on January 7 of this year. Many of you here know Max's journey since the day our neighbor saved him from his previous owner and asked for our help to adopt him.
Max has really improved a lot in terms of his behavior and health. We are so happy to see him now, very playful and attached to all of us with affection, even to Arashi, our cute but aggressive toy poodle. We can already see and feel their affection for each other.

A greeting to everyone in this beautiful Open Mic community. In this week #274, we explore the theme: “Mermaid”. I am pleased to share my trumpet performance of “Part of Your World,” a beautiful ballad composed by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman for the animated film “The Little Mermaid” (1989). I have always loved the songs from Disney movies, and this one brings back fond memories of watching the films, and even the series. The piece is in the key of F major; in my case, I play it in G major. The melody is expressive and beautiful, with an upward movement that builds to an incredible climax. The lyrics speak of love and the need to belong in the world. They contrast curiosity, wonder, longing, and frustration with hope and determination. The tempo is slow and moderate, with conversational dynamics and a time signature of 4/4.

I can recall each little moment that occurred that day. Memories of having cake together and capturing photos of the last day are coming like flashback movie in my mind. I can easily recall how I was running back to my hostel to change my dress for the dinner and I was accompained by my best friend Jawad. While going back to hostel I was allowing him to go to bus stop because I was worried that may be due to me he might have missed the bus. But he denied to go back and he was affirmed that he will be with me no matter what! These type of little efforts always Make My heart fell into my stomach for my friends. He didn't go back in fact he was waiting and standing outside for me.

It ceased to circulate 23 years ago, like many other coins of European countries due to the arrival of the euro. Thus the drachma, the Greek money whose history began in the seventh century BC, also became an object of collection, and that is what I come to share here, some banknotes and coins that I have from that country.
