I've finally gotten around to creating an account for the Community Catalyst Project. Our new account is

The account will primarily have two functions. First is to provide updates about and promote our projects which currently include #nobidbot (or #nobidbots) and #steemitzombies but will later include other community initiatives. The second is to provide curation for posts relating to or participating in such projects. We want to pool our resources in order to help more minnows grow into dolphins for creating quality content and helping the community. At first most posts will be on this acount, but as our followers and support grows, I'll move all posts related to these initiatives to that account.
We are seeking delegation (Step 1)
Our first goal is to reach 5000 SP in delegations, pooled together from whoever is interested in helping. If 50 people can delegate 100 SP each we won't even need any dolphins or whales to help, but I believe there are dolphins and whales willing to help. For now all upvotes will be split between quality content that uses the #nobidbot / #nobidbots or #steemitzombies tag and individuals who are working to grow the project.
Putting together a team of curators (Step 2)
As the SP of the account grows beyond 5000 we plan on creating a team of curators to help promote quality content that uses these tags. I hope for curation to be rather casual, but also of high quality, so who manages curation will depend on who takes the greatest interest in the project, curates great material, and is most capable of working well with others in an informal way. Curators are free to curate from one tag or from both.
Supporting new Projects (Step 3)
Once we put together a strong enough team of curators with enough delegation and support from other people with high SP, these curation teams will graduate from the Catalyst project and continue to receive some degree of support but function independently. At that time, we'd like to adopt new projects that are organized by members of the community, and help them grow strong.
The account has yet to post anything, but within the next 2 days I'll start gathering and reposting some of the guidelines for these initiatives, info about our chat and our team.
