Today, 9 months ago I started to quit smoking, here's my report after the 11th Day:
11th day to the non-smoker / 11. Tag zum Nichtraucher
Unbelievable how fast time passes! Since Friday I am now completely smoke-free! So today is the 3rd day without smoke, and it seems like it's not a problem. Well, I would have a little desire, but so far I can do without it.
Heute vor 9 Monaten begann ich mit dem Rauchen aufzuhören, hier mein Bericht nach dem 11.ten Tag:

Unglaublich wie schnell die Zeit vergeht! Seit Freitag bin ich nun komplett rauchfrei! Heute ist also der 3te Tag ohne Rauch, und wie es scheint ist es kein Problem. Gut, ein klein wenig Lust hätte ich schon, aber bisher kann ich darauf verzichten.
