So I'm trying out @ntopaz in this post and the ui is a bit confusing, so excuse any weirdness, but yup another quick sketch tonight. This time I wanted to go for a more painterly look rather than a drawing. It's easier to just keep painting on top vs getting light values by erasing, at least for me.
I've been looking at a lot of artwork by a pretty famous Russian painter that I love Nicolai Fechin, and sort of trying to channel him a bit. His paintings always have this nice balance between representational design as well as abstract.
I honestly can't tell what the formatting of this post is going to look like haha, the UI over here is a bit weird. I like the idea of a frontend totally dedicated to art, and their roadmap looks pretty interesting too. Check out Ntopaz if you haven't already. Always cool to see interesting projects being built on Steem.
Anyway, that's my offering to the Steem gods tonight, hopefully they'll show me favor :D
