So after I posted about some of the more recent bands I am into at the moment with Nu Metal influences I missed out a lot of good bands as I only posted five bands.
I have decided to make this an ongoing thing so you will see more parts in the future.

So here is part 2 with five more bands........
Sylar
Sylar is an American band from Queens, New York. They currently have two studio albums. 'To Whom it May Concern' released in 2014 and 'Help!' which was released in 2016. The standout tracks for me is 'Assume' (see below) and 'Soul Addiction'. They have a good bit of diversity to their sound with clear Nu Metal elements and a range of Metalcore.
(These guys play near my area on the 26th of this month, really excited to see them.)
My Enemies & I
My Enemies & I is an American band formed in Richmond, Virginia. They currently have one studio album released in 2017 called 'The Beast Inside'. The standout track for me is the track with the same name as the album 'The Beast Inside' (See Below)
Fire From The Gods
Fire From The Gods is an American band from Austin, Texas. They currently have two studio albums. 'Narrative' was released in 2016 and 'Narrative Retold' was released in 2017. The standout track for me is 'Excuse Me' (see below) and if you check out their 2017 album there is an amazing acoustic version of the track. Such an amazing and unique voice.
Vexes
Vexes are an American band from Asbury Park, NJ. They have one album recently released in 2018 called 'Ancient Geometry'. They formed from the ashes of previous projects including: A Life Once Lost, Vessl, Fury of Five and Downstage. The standout tracks for me are 'Plasticine' and 'No Colors' (see below) which features Mikey Carvajal of Islander. I really really like this band, the Deftones like style is amazing!
Ocean Grove
Ocean Grove is an Australian nu metal band from Melbourne, Victoria. They have one album 'The Rhapsody Tapes' released in 2017. The standout track for me is 'Stratosphere Love' (see below). Congratulations on being the first band I have posted that has not been from America!
