Hey there guys today i felt like doing gestures for some feathers while drawing a person, it seems you can indicate feathers quickly by using the lasso fill tool and stroking very fast!

I have a little color pallete that might be a bit too much but it was fun to work with alot
coloring process can be seen in my instagram
now that your character is filled out in color, place a background to make it pop more
add in your lights
place in your shadows to make your contrasts in light further
Then bounce back to your lights again and we're done!
