I was busy following something very important with my family and I lost
track of the match of the day for me. It was more a meeting between Manchester United vs Chelsea.
This season these teams met many times and Manchester United always prevail. Today I summoned myself to the same result even though this meeting is all for the FA CUP.
The taste is different knowing Chelsea did not beat Manchester United once this season in the English Premier League.
Let me start with excuses for Manchester United. They did not play really good today. De Gea was subpar by giving away three goals. Is De Gea done with Manchester United? I may not say that. This team got opportunity and next year, hopefully if they stay for top four, they can cause problems down the line.
I am not a fan but I like to see them in the mix so to stir everyone around.
Manchester United lost their glory but enough to scare any team not ready to compete.
Pogba needs to stay around with Martial and mister Rashford. They can be a threat when they want to. Or just a little stinker when you expect them to shine.
Chelsea will play in the Final of FA CUP. They better win something this year. Lampard you have the podium. I do not know with all the luck this team has this season what they will accomplish to the end.
At least they can build some momentum for the rest of EPL and soon Champions League on the way.
Chelsea will play Liverpool and Wolves. Liverpool is giving any teams a free pass cause they won it all. Wolves could be more of a problem to make faces.
I was going to say it is easy for Chelsea. Not so fast. It is harder for Leicester cause they lost today and their next match is against Manchester United.
What a dilemma !
Arsenal will play Chelsea for the FA CUP finals in August. This will be something worth watching.
Glad to see Chelsea will play for something this year. At the end of the day this is what makes Football fun. You do not know how your team will play. EPL is very slippery.
Still fun though and when your team is in the brink of dropping to the second division, it is worst.
Watford, you can make it happen.
