Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Another part of me that I don’t think anyone can separate me from is the love I have for music. I have a jambox and different devices that can help me listen to music, and I cannot go a day without listening and singing a song. One funny thing is that while working as a cleaner, I do sing, and it releases my work. And also music is healing to my soul. I decided to join my church choir group (Seventh-day Adventist). And I can say I am growing gradually and not taking everything I am being taught for granted, and I am also open to learning here on the Hive platform.

Hello, greetings to the whole community of Hive, I am Matias Agreda but my family and friends call me “Mati” I am 15 years old and I live in Venezuela, specifically in the state of Nueva Esparta, on the island of Margarita, a very beautiful island and has a great tourist attraction thanks to its many beaches that I really like to visit, although for my taste I prefer to stay at home, because I'm not going out much.

My name is Joseph Blessing Ukamaka, but many people know me as Double Blessing. I’m a proud daughter of Christ. That means I am a Christian by faith, lol and I am from Enugu State, although I was born in Ondo, Lagos State of Nigeria and I was raised in my hometown Nsukka, which is under Enugu State, Nigiera.

i didn't really have the privilege to attend the best school but my parent never played with my education and that has been an help to my life without any doubt and fear of life.My education was actually delayed after my primary school,that was 2010 my mum was attacked with an illness that almost took her life that we almost soled out all out belongings to save our mom.i stayed home after my primary school for good 3year before i could further to secondary school at Army Day Secondary School,by then my primary school mate where already in JSS3.not withholding despite i was uncomfortable and shy at thesame time but i kept moving tell the very end of it.

My name is Sunday Ruth Zugwai, also known as srzpeculiar. I am 28 years old and currently a student at the University of Abuja. I’m originally from Kaduna State, but my family is based in Nasarawa State. I’ve spent most of my life with my parents, siblings, relatives, and friends. Life hasn’t always been easy, but I’m grateful for every challenge it has only made me stronger. I hold an N.C.E. in Business Education and am currently pursuing a degree in Educational Management. I initially started studying Accounting at Kaduna State University, a course I’ve always been passionate about, but had to drop out in my second year due to financial constraints. While waiting for a way forward, I started a small business selling hot bean cake (akara), kunu geda, moimoi, and fried potatoes, and also ventured into small-scale farm product storage.

I'm from Kaduna state, born in ilorin before we relocated to Nasarawa state in the year 2000 I attended pilot science primary school Ubbe. Under nasarawa Eggon local government. It didn't stop there after I graduated from primary school, I had to further to my secondary school. I got admission into secondary school. Government junior secondary school Ubbe still under nasarawa Eggon local government. It wasn't easy for me there because most of my primary school mates that we graduated together with, got admission and started attending classes. I usually see them going to school everyday, it got me upset that I'll see my friends that we grew up together and finished the same time are already attending classes while i help my mother in her business place. The worst part of it was my mother's business that I was talking about was in that same school my school mates were attending and everyday I'll have to see them and some even laughed at me because I was helping my mother in fried potato business I never felt ashamed of myself because I knew very soon I was going to join them too so I never got upset anytime they are laughing at me . finally I got admission into jss1in the year 2010 I started attending lesson fully like my other mates were. It was not easy because I was left behind academically I had a lot to cover both notes and assignment I got help from some of my friends who cared about me, some helped me with their notes and some even helped me in copying, some gave me there assignment just so I could meet up. I was so grateful to them. Things began to come back to normal because I was already attending classes just as other students were and I was happy and I felt satisfied I met my old time friends and still made new ones.

There are times when I noticed myself watching motivational videos and even trying to do self-reflection on where I went wrong and what my better move would be next time to correct my mistakes. And here I discovered writing mini-diaries and using the English language, which also helps me practice speaking English fluently. And now I am here on Hive. Yaaaay! I'm excited to share with you my life adventures, life lessons, and even my experiences in sports and dancing contests. I will also share about our family hangouts and adventures together.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
