Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello friends of hive! my name is Victor Borthomierth and I am going to tell you a little bit about my life, I am 16 years old, I was born on April 24, 2006 in Monagas - Venezuela, country where I live.

Okay! This will be the first time I will be going to open up about who’s “Elli”. I’m an introverted person who always wants to be alone and I think it's my "edge" and for me, it’s "power". Often rejected and neglected maybe just because I’m too quiet and they think I’m not approachable enough and not a team player so I always decided to get rid of them. I isolate myself.

Hi everyone. I'm Claire, a seventeen years old girl who desires to succeed and achieve her dreams. I lived in Cavite which is known as the 'Land of the Brave' in the Philippines. In our community, people like to sing or listen to music all day.

In the Philippines, they say that most of us are good at singing. Even those who are not in the key are still good at singing. It's just that most of us love singing. With or without a tune, people love to sing. In karaoke bars or even on the side of the street. Growing up, my life involves singing. My parents sang at the church which is why at the age of 4, I learned to sing but was not that capable of saying the lyrics. Like hitting the higher notes and singing loudly. At the age of 9, I started learning songs just by listening to their beat and at the same time looking at their lyrics. It became a habit and eventually at the age of 10, I started singing songs that I'm good at.

I'm Aeonian, a 19-year-old loving daughter and sister to 4 siblings. My father is the only one who provides for the family; we lead a basic, middle-class existence, and all of my siblings and I are students. Even at this young age, I am aware of how difficult life can be since I see how hard my parents work to provide our needs. I used to fantasize about donning white lab coats and saving lives while I was in high school. I'm incredibly impressed by how hard doctors work to save lives for everyone, and I'd really like to be one of them. I'm a first-year nursing student right now, one step closer to my dreams.

My name is Molka Castro, I am a 46 year old Venezuelan woman, an Administrator with a Postgraduate Degree in Business Marketing and a Diploma in Business Coaching. I am a mother of a 26 year old daughter, entrepreneur and great woman who is dedicated to the sports area fitnes.

Cronus is a 17 year-old boy, who writes to not feel trapped in his very own emotions. Before discovering prose-poetry, he fancied writing short stories and haikus as a way to ease his boredom during the pandemic, and his interest about literature grew from there onwards. He also loves gaming. If given a PC or a phone with bigger storage, who knows, he might even become a pro!

No one knows where I am right now. As strange as it seems, I live in a place where pigs and cows are greater in number than actual people. I live in Iowa. It is somewhere in the middle of America where you cannot dip your toes on the beach or climb a mountain either. It is purely vast farm fields. It takes about 22 miles to go to a town with a small-sized mall and about 4 hours to eat authentic seafood restaurant and some Korean grill. It gets pretty lonely and extremely quiet on this side of the world but what do I do when life decides for me? Nothing! but just accept it.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
