If you're unfamiliar, there are some websites that are "click to donate," that is, as our upvotes here on Steemit give money to authors, clicks on these sites (often through ad revenue) give money to the organizations.
One such group of sites is Freekibble, Freekibble Kat, and Freekibble Litter. They give, as you might suspect, food and cat litter to animal shelters. After you click on one, links to the other two will pop up:

Another set of sites are from the group Greater Good. They consist of:

The Rainforest Site
The Hunger Site
The Breast Cancer Site
The Literacy Site
The Alzheimers Site
The Diabetes Site
The Autism Site (caution: this one donates to Autism Speaks, which many people on the spectrum dislike as an organization, so I so not click this one)
The Veterans Site
The Animal Rescue Site
There are also apps you can download to a smartphone that log the miles you walk and for every mile, a small donation is made to a charity!

Walk For A Dog: http://www.wooftrax.com
Charity Miles: http://www.charitymiles.org
I hope this information helps you find ways we all can make a difference! Go on, world changers!
