In the era of freedom of speech as it is today everyone is free to express his thoughts on various things. Starting from social issues, politics, economy, to entertainment all can be commented on. Especially with the availability of comment columns on various websites and social media, making it easier for people to express the contents of the mind. Just type the sentence that is in mind in the column so our opinion will be readable by many people.
Critical comments are certainly needed to provide feedback to others. Through criticism we can also fix something wrong where it can not be realized. But unfortunately, now not a few people difficult to distinguish between what is called criticism and blasphemy. As a result there are many rough sentences scattered in various columns of comments that claimed to be 'critic' instead of blasphemy.
Sample case
Lately there has been widespread criticism in social media, the victims also do not see people including the president. Still warm in the memories associated with Circular (SE) or Hate Speech issued by the Chief of Police recently to jokowi.
As an open leader, Jokowi is certainly not allergic to criticism. Jokowi also always receive criticism from anyone without ever questioning from which group of critics it. Criticizing

Insulting
Wikipedia, Insult is one kind of majas. The purpose of sarcasm is meant to insinuate, or offend someone or something. Sarcasm can be an insult that expresses resentment and anger by using harsh words. The great dictionary of the Indonesian language, Dissenting is degrading; despise (contemptible, unimportant) discredit the good name of the person; offend people (such as cursing, slandering).
Opinion
"Criticism is not synonymous with insulting, but insulting behavior is evil because it contains evil intent to insult or intentionally make other people humiliated," said Mudzakir, a criminal law specialist at the faculty of law of the Islamic University of Indonesia. The use of freedom of expression should not violate the obligation to respect the dignity of others" he said.

1. Criticism contains a correction sentence that gives the insert an improvement. While blasphemy tends to contain only insults and ridicule.
2. Blasphemy will contain negative sentences that ignore ethics in comments. Criticism remains concerned with the importance of karma in its opinion.
3. Criticism will focus on the lack of work, not on the person completing the job.
4. Critics will comment based on logical reasons. Blasphemers prefer to think because of dislike.
5. Inspiration is the main purpose of criticism. This will not be found in blasphemy.
Conclusion
In the end criticism is given for improvement. This means that when you see something wrong, we can comment to something that is not good to be corrected. If the comments provided do not inspire us to make improvements, it might be wise to keep quiet. Would not it be more silent than saying something that is not useful ?.
