Bitcoin and other UTXO based Blockchains are being given new life thanks to Ordinals. There has been a mad dash to inscribe JPEGs and other artefacts and as the ecosystem is approaching a million inscriptions, it’s important to note that there is rapid development of use for these inscriptions.
The coding that can be put into an inscription is capable of a great many things.
And if you think it’s impressive seeing what’s going on with BTC, imagine what can happen with the big block bitcoin: BSV. Already there are websites being hosted there.
I jumped into .sats names registering which accounts for about a fifth of all the ordinals registered so far. .sats names are useful as paymail identifiers among other things.
It’s an incredible time to be part of such big advancements in bitcoin.
I’ve gone and parked several .sats names for my own purposes as well as for speculation. My hope is that a marketplace develops within the ordinal sphere here.
All the UTXO based Blockchains are capable of this. So many ordinal opportunities!!!
