Effect.AI Mechanical Turk (EMT) is the first phase in the establishment of a decentralized network for artificial intelligence (AI). The Effect Network is a peer to peer, requester (provider) to worker marketplace. Work provided by requesters are termed human intelligence tasks (HIT). The technology is based on crowdsourcing that is made available to human agents who are paid in EFX tokens. Agents are free to pick up HITs at a time and method that suits their needs.

The Effect Network runs on the NEO blockchain. Requesters interact with the EMT platform for both providing tasks and retrieving results.
