I always get excited for my own birthday, not sure why, just feels so special having a whole day just for me even if it's only in my own perspective! I really value birthdays in general so of course I'd get pumped up for my own.
A friend of mine edited this for me. It says "Happy birthday Joys!" paired with my main champion in League of Legends (Vel'Koz) with an added "happy look" to him. I loved it. I got a couple of other edits sent to me too. They were great and funny!
