As I was meditating last night in the bath tub, which I have to do every night to soak out the sciatica with epsom salts, it came to me to contact my brother in Connecticut who is a civil attorney and on a whim to contact my lawyer who is helping me with the car accident...

My personal injury attorney called me this morning - asked me to send him the docs I was served, and told me exactly what to do tomorrow morning.

He showed me on the form

I just have to go to the Court tomorrow morning and file a response in which I deny all the claims. Joe going to court for William will not be allowed - because he's not a lawyer.

At least I will have denied the claims and I will have pay a filing fee unless I can prove that I don't with the fee waiver. I don't really care.

Then I filled it out denying his allegations and also stating that William has not done the things that are required to get me evicted, like contacting property management and the Housing Authority ...

Then he said to go on to state that William was placed on a 72-hour psych hold by the police and taken to the psych ward and that is where he is now. Then to write in that I certify that I will place this answer at his bedroom door since we are roommates.

From there, after I file this, I will go upstairs with a copy, to see the Judge.

If Joe continues to threaten me, I think my attorney can easily get him his DOB as I have his full name and phone number and dates of arrests with Denver Po-Po plus the date he od'd on Trazidone - A Christmas to not want to remember - Happy fucking New Year!

Also, A Few Other Things...

I have to admit that I had been gloating a while ago when things happened to people I know, I thought - they must be doing something bring this on themselves. No! Now I know - they didn't. Things just happen in life. What this is forcing me to do is to be humbled, Trust God more, Inform myself. Also, K. my BFF - I now know he cannot handle this stuff. It makes him want to kill. He does not know how to handle this sort of situation so he lashes out at me.

We had a Fight Last Night

He is just so upset by all this and has only his old ways to handle it - so he just gets mad at me. I feel sorry for him. I hope I remember that I can't lean on him for anything when the going gets rough, but maybe he will grow - we talked it over today and he was crying - saying he goes into a blackout and does things - thanks to the military and he just doesn't want to get triggered like that.

Anyway

It looks like it all might go away - and I am moving out anyway. I am DONE with William. He won't do anything about himself when he is even - to prevent this from happening - and I have given him every opportunity to find help and he just won't accept it - so that's his path.
