I'm a couple nights late on my figure painting workshop post for this week. I was too tired when I got home and passed out before I could manage it. This week the model was a bit of a mover so it was a bit hard to keep things consistent from pose to pose. Little changes in posture make a big difference, how far forward his hand is, the tilt of his head, etc.
Anyway, I did what I could. At the end of the day, I get paid to just sit and let some people watch me paint, answer a few questions from time to time, but that's pretty much it, so I can't complain.
I did remember to break things into layers a bit this time around to be able to share a bit of the progress.
Have I mentioned that I'm eager for Communities? Because I am. At this point, I think there's not much point in trying to market or onboard until they're out. People are still going to probably have a bad experience if they're brand new. Feels like until we get Communities the only thing we have to sell is get paid to post, and no censorship unless it's a whale, then you might get low key censored, but not really. Not the best pitch.
Lastly, did any of you see Tulsi Gabbard on Joe Rogan? There's a part here where they're looking for Steem, but they don't know it yet

They're talking about a free speech platform, and they say those platforms always turn to troll farms. We've got our issues but we're not a troll farm. Tulsi might be a good candidate to reach out to as well, as she's been censored and smeared by the mainstream media as well.
