The Growth of the Blockchain called "STEEM" is amazingly unique among others. In a blog I created few days ago about Steem, I presented my personal definition of what Steem is:
Steem is a peer-to-peer content and curation reward for "Proof of Work" and "Proof of Brain" valued by the authorship quality, consistency, community engagement prowess and stake of curator. Steem gives cryptocurrency value for social blogging activities.
It is important to note that among the very many awesome characteristics that distinguish Steem from other blockchains is the capacity to power real applications and focus on sustainability and decentralization towards a secure and safe, client-side blogging experience.
Steem was created by Steemit Inc and Steemit.com, which is a blogging platform, and the most widely used social media application in all of crypto as positioned by Stateofthedapps. It attracts artists, devs, musicians, bloggers, business leaders, photographers, and people of all walks of life because what you produce on the platform can earn crypto.
Indeed, the target users of Steem remains DEVELOPERS, ENTREPRENEURS, INVESTORS (such as exchanges) and SOCIAL BLOGGERS, and these sects have been on their heels to ensure they build Steem in their own way. Very particular is the contributions from Developers who are dedicated to building awesome DApps that are powered by the Blockchain.

Having viewed the Palcoin Whitepaper by @Minnowsupport and the First post created by @Aggroed on palnet.io, I decided to take a view and it motivated this review of https://www.palnet.io/ in relation to https://steemit.com/
The Interface Looks pretty alike
One awesome fact about Palnet interface looks is that it is framed almost as Steemit with a similar placement of icons and information on the dashboard.
I created the comparison image below where I compared the looks of Palnet to that of Steemit
1. Logo Placement
Palnet same as with Steemit
2. Colour
While Steemit uses a shade of Green as it basic colour chain, Palnet goes for blue. It looks cool.
3. User Dashboard details
Palnet same as with Steemit. Indeed, the details remain the same.
4. Blog Tabs
Steemit has four tabs while palnet has three. There is a deliberate drop of the "rewards" tab
5. Search Icon
Steemit makes provision for a search icon where users can search for other users. This feature is not displayed on Palnet.
6. Login Details
Steemit login details will give you access to your Palnet DApp.
My Surprises
Unlike other DApps of Steem, Palnet.io is exceptional with one unique characteristic.
All posts, comments and replies created on Palnet.io are displayed on Steemit.com whereas posts created on Steemit.com are not displayed on Palnet.io. This is also obtainable for "Trending, New, Hot and Promoted" tabs.
Wallet Details
Palnet only displays your PAL rewards in terms of PAL and PAL power representing Steem and Steem Power.
