"the contest" is: Week 7 - Pay It Forward Curation Contest - Win SBI & Steem-Bounty - @thedarkhorse

"newbie" is:

age of 90 days or less

"the bonus" - A 3 SBD bonus is set for each contest to be evenly divided and distributed to all who qualify.
