Funny how I've never cosidered the phrase in a "stay positive and ignore the bad while working on growth" type way.
I've always considered it as it was, "don't know, don't care", you know, its actual meaning...
Shifting focus to a growth and learning mindset, you can use "ignorance is bliss" as a way to redirect negative talk.. fake it til ya make it style.
