Nowadays the terms self-improvement, self-development and self-help have become popular. We find many books on these topics and many websites as well. it is a topic that is talked all over the internet It seems that people are turning inward to find the solution to their problems. They are looking for knowledge, techniques, workshops, lectures and teachers who can show them the way.
The subconscious is one of the most important keys to self-improvement and self-growth. By changing the contents of the subconscious, you change your habits, behaviors, and attitudes. This is done through thinking, meditation, visualization and affirmations.
The process of inner change requires inner work. It's not enough to read, you have to practice what you read, and that takes time and effort. There is no immediate self-improvement. Every inner change takes time, and there must be motivation, desire, ambition, perseverance, and dedication. Outer and internal resistance and resistance must also be taken into account. At the beginning of a self-improvement program, most people come up against internal resistance stemming from their old habits and subconscious, as well as resistance and resistance from the people around them.
The desire to change, to develop new habits and to improve, must be strong enough to give up any laziness, any desire, and to resist the ridicule or resistance of family, friends or colleagues.

Let me tell you something about me. From an early age, I was drawn to self-improvement techniques and considered them a source of inner strength, happiness, and a path to a better life. We can use a simple and yet very effective technique, that is to observe how people behaved and act in different situations and then to look inside myself to see if I behaved in the same way under the same conditions.
When I saw people with characteristics or a certain kind of behavior I did not like, I examined myself if I owned them either. When I did, I visualized and practiced a different kind of behavior in my head. In my mind's eye, I saw myself with the opposite character traits. I visualized myself in situations where I manifested the new behavior.
When I encountered character or behavioral traits that I liked, I reflected on their benefits and benefits and their meanings in my life. Again, I have used visualizations and affirmations and am anxious to act in daily life.
In this way I have learned and benefited a great deal from the behavior and actions of people around me, at work, at home, on the street and everywhere else, by people in real life and by people watching on the screen , It was never used to judge or exploit them, but to learn how to act, react better and behave better. This process had another advantage. It increased the knowledge about how the mind and the thoughts the behavior and actions of people.
