This poor little poodle girl was bought from a pet shop 4 years ago and was kept in a cage her whole life. Eventually the owner's mother felt so bad for her that she took to the Government Kennels (dog pound)
. The skin condition is so chronic it looks like elephant skin, but we will fix her up and make her pretty. Her name is now Kit and she needs a home.
