I see it in our teenagers. I see it in our young adults.I see it mirrored in all of us.
It is Anxiety about the Future or perhaps our perceived lack of potential.
Our world is so big and so small at the same time... it is confusing to try to find your place in a world so expansive and internet connected.
So many distractions
Who is going to help me ? What am I meant for ? Do I have purpose ?
As adults, it is the incessant consumption of the world outside of your community connectedness.
It looks like being immersed in what everyone else is doing and choosing to try and ignore the internal voice that we compete with.
Tell me about a theme or belief that comes up repetitively in your mind ?
With this story, I can see into what your heart is looking for.
Your Challenge
With as much mental investment as you have into the patterns of doubt and fear, I ask you to go that far into your heart to ask if this is honestly your only truth ?
Do you believe that you can be masterfully centered in your ability to navigate troubles and strife ?
I see Mastery as a place where no matter what is happening outside of you, you can move through the challenges with the power of peacefulness.
So then, how invested are you in your vision of your future ?
Or on the other end, how much are you invested in focusing on lack ?
Can you imagine your positive potential ?
Imagine what you want to create with your existence...what legacy ?
...what will you leave behind you ?
I believe that one way to begin to create vision is to spend time doing things that are #1. within your integrity #2. focused on providing loving care and being in service to others around you #3. all being done with a complete willingness, gratitude and humbleness.
This is actually not as easy of a task as you may think. The focus on the task is one that must continue over a long period of time. It cannot be done in a short time and think that is sufficient. You must dedicate and persevere.
I believe that people who are invested in their feelings of entitlement do not partner as well as those who give to be in service to their purpose and the needs of others.
This "being in service" can be done doing the very thing you are already doing.
Being in service does not require you take on anything else beyond what you already have around you.
BEing in service asks you to see everything around you as having meaning and significance. Even if that significance is to make the decision to leave the situation that you struggle with, you can choose to lead through both your heart and head.
Being willing to align your behaviours and attitude with exactly where you are, this place you are meant to be.
The next intention in this discovery of vision is for you to give without having the intent to receive.
It is often the case that our true nature is to give and be recognized for our good will.
This is the desire to be in competition, to be right, to have the last say.
Practice letting go of your attachment to needing others to do something to create a sense of gratification in your mind.
TRUST requires that you stop trying to change the things you have absolutely no control over.
Choose not to do the same things repetitively and thinking something different should be happening
When we start to change our outside world by changing our inside one, our eyes shift. Our minds shift. Our heart shifts and suddenly you do not give anyone else the power to dictate your happiness. You do the best you can. You give without expectation, you keep your power to yourself by not giving pieces of it to whomever has an opinion. Some opinions are to be cherished because they feed you, some are to let roll off your back and keep moving.
Tell me you can't do this and I will tell you that you are in denial.
You can.
You can be so able to be in the flow of your life that you can take back your insecurities. You do not need to live from a place where people owe you. No thing owes you anything and you can take what your heart needs and leave the rest.
Let go of the fight and choose love.
