Meaning to full of the truth. That which enters the cup fills you with good or bad spirit, so? Then what is the result when your cup overflows? You talk ! Amazing. So when you watch fiction or fantasy all day that then in turn leaves your cup and what overflows from the cup is also what fills the mind. Fiction and fantasy come from wicked spirits since they are not of truth. You see Jesus was the master of the energy wheel.
