Hello Hive-friends. How are you all? I know, it's been a long time since my last post, so here I am wanting to conect with you all telling you about this amazing trip That we did last week. When I say "we" I mean my parner @ragaroot and I. My invitation to you is to stay and look throungt the photo and read the story till the end.

Así que aquí estoy queriendo conectarme con todos ustedes para contarles sobre este increíble viaje que hicimos la semana pasada. Cuando digo "nosotros" yo Me refiero a mi compañero @ragaroot y a mí. DAY ONE 😎 DIA UNO
Currently, we live in Barinas, Venezuela, and we have to make all the way through from here to Puerto Cabello, Valencia, Venezuela where the closest beach is. It is located more or less 8 hours away from our hometown. This trip was on our bucket list for this year. We did this trip with a low budget. To be exact, $190. Part of that money was used for bus tickets and food.
Actualmente vivimos en Barinas, Venezuela, y tenemos que hacer todo el camino desde aquí hasta Puerto Cabello, Valencia, Venezuela, donde está la playa más cercana. Se encuentra más o menos a 8 horas de nuestra ciudad natal. Este viaje estaba en nuestra lista de deseos para este año. Hicimos este viaje con un presupuesto bajo. Para ser exactos, 190 dólares. Parte de ese dinero se utilizó para billetes de autobús y comida.
We left home around 6:30 am and arrived to the national terminal of Barinas at 7:00am. Daniel and I waited till 8:00am for the bus, so we finally leave to Valencia, Venezuela, our first stop. The trip was smooth, even though the whole way there was music playing on the bus, which I enjoyed so much. We arrived to Valencia's terminal at 2:00pm. At this time, we had spent $32 only on our bus tickets and small snacks. Of course, we packed dry food and some boiled eggs to save money for our holidays.

Daniel y yo esperamos hasta las 8:00 am el autobús, así que finalmente partimos hacia Valencia, Venezuela, nuestra primera parada. Right away, we took the next bus to Puerto Cabello and arrived there around 3:30pm. We walked for approximately an hour searching for a nice place to stay the next 3 nights. After a while, we found a place 10 minutes from a beach called Playa Sonrisa, one of the principal beaches in Puerto Cabello, So many people go there to party and have fun. I was a bit disappointed at this beach since I was looking for a nice environment to relax in, and to me, this beach seems inappropriate to be at. I relaxed, and I decided to go there anyway and enjoy the rest of the afternoon. For that reason, the next day, we went to Patanemo Bahia.
Inmediatamente tomamos el siguiente autobús a Puerto Cabello y llegamos allí alrededor de las 3:30 p.m. Caminamos durante aproximadamente una hora buscando un lugar agradable donde quedarnos las próximas 3 noches. Después de un tiempo encontramos un lugar a 10 minutos de una playa llamada Playa Sonrisa, una de las principales playas de Puerto Cabello, por eso mucha gente va allí a divertirse y divertirse. Me decepcionó un poco esta playa porque estaba buscando un ambiente agradable para relajarme y, para mí, esta playa me parece inapropiada. Me relajé y decidí ir de todos modos y disfrutar el resto de la tarde. Por eso al día siguiente nos dirigimos a Patanemo Bahía.
DAY TWO 😎 DIA DOS
La Bahia de Panemo is 40 minutes away from Puerto Cabello. We had an amazing day. This place is really is a paradise. What amazed me about this place is that there is no electrical system. Can you imagine how beautiful this place could be at night? Also, We ate typical food, drank some national beers and played a lot with the waves and sand. A totally different picture of Playa Sew fonrisa. I made a nriend, but I don't remember her name -bummer- She helped us build a sand snake.
La Bahía de Panemo está a 40 minutos de Puerto Cabello. Tuvimos un día increíble. Este lugar es realmente un paraíso. Lo que me sorprendió de este lugar es que no hay sistema eléctrico. ¿Te imaginas lo hermoso que podría ser este lugar de noche? Además, comimos comida típica, tomamos algunas cervezas nacionales y jugamos mucho con las olas y la arena. Una estampa totalmente diferente de Playa Senrisa. Hice una amiga, pero no recuerdo su nombre -lástima- Ella nos ayudó a construir una serpiente de arena.
DAY THREE 😎 DIA TRES
When we returned to Puerto Cabello, our skin was too burned. We forgot to buy sunscreen, so the next day we didn't go to the beach but rather decided to explore part of the city. We walk along the Malecón, then to the museum, and finally other tourist places. This city, in comparison to Barinas, is obviously more expensive because it is a tourist place. .
Cuando regresamos a Puerto Cabello, teníamos la piel demasiado quemada. Se nos olvidó comprar protector solar, así que al día siguiente no fuimos a la playa sino que decidimos explorar parte de la ciudad. Caminamos por el Malecón, luego al museo, y finalmente a otros lugares turísticos. Esta ciudad, en comparación con Barinas, obviamente es más cara porque es un lugar turístico.
DAY THREE EVENING 😎 DIA TRES POR LA NOCHE
We rested all afternoon, and around 6:30 pm we went to Playa Sonrisa until dawn. Around 9:00 p.m., we headed to the place where we were staying. We were very lucky because the owner of this property charged us $20 for 3 nights; it included air conditioning, a private bathroom, a kitchen outside for everyone, and Of course, the place was not luxurious, but it was good to stay. It is not a place suitable for demanding people. So far, we have spent $140. We invested the rest of the money in the bus ticket to return home. We came home with $10 free.
Descansamos toda la tarde, y sobre las 6:30 pm nos dirigimos a Playa Sonrisa hasta el amanecer. Alrededor de las 21:00 horas nos dirigimos al lugar donde nos alojábamos. Tuvimos mucha suerte porque el dueño de esta propiedad nos cobró $20 por 3 noches; Incluía aire acondicionado, baño privado, cocina exterior para todos y Por supuesto, el lugar no era lujoso, pero era bueno quedarse. No es un lugar apto para gente exigente. Hasta ahora hemos gastado $140. El resto del dinero lo invertimos en el billete de autobús para volver a casa. Volvimos a casa con $10 gratis.
The fun fact was that it was my husband's first time at the beach, and I was so happy to be a part of that moment. What a such a wonderful trip!
Lo curioso fue que era la primera vez que mi esposo iba a la playa y yo estaba muy feliz de ser parte de ese momento. ¡Qué viaje tan maravilloso!
