New benches had been put up at Toa Payoh Central. Should be very recent. I’ve not seen them before. I don’t understand the logic of putting up the new benches with tape over them when they have already tape up all the existing benches. They have better things (like more essential) to do like fixing the broken tiles and floor at various places I have already reported.
