#1015 - Street Scenes in Vivid Colors for Sunday.
Happy starlight Sunday beautiful Hiveans! Today isn’t for doing any, it’s for being somebody. Whether you’re tracing sunlight on the windows, sharing silog breakfast with family or listening to rain kiss your roofs… you’re already being a whole person. Imagine Sunday as the scent of kapeng barako brewing. A jeepney parked on the road. Distant church bells humming through the busy roads. Stay still and just chill😉.
Moving on to our daily shots this time in colors. A scene by the lake area in Burnham Park where a group of students wore their life jackets securely and on standby ready on a boat ride with their faces full of excitement. Meanwhile, other people stroll past them and some were sitting on the benches having chatter and relaxing moments with their families and friends.
Next is a scene in one of Baguio City's jeepney terminals where colorful jeepneys are parked in rows of chaos. Some jeepneys here await passengers while others got their journeys already completed, pull up to the terminal as their passengers alight off ready to explore the city.
Next a scene at a road crossing where a pregnant woman walking carefully is accompanied by her husband. He holds an open umbrella shielding her from the heat of the sun. They are already midway across the pedestrian road when suddenly a pickup truck emerges from their behind. The reckless truck comes to a halt mere inches from them, it was a heart pounding moment where the smallest margin can make all the difference of accident.
Lastly a scene by the calm waters of Burnham Park lake where a solo rider glides slowly on a swan boat. In contrast in front of it was a larger boat vessel that carries load of laughter and chatter ridden by a family or group of friends. The scene is disparity where the solitary swan boat represents solitude while the larger boat celebrates the joy shared moments.
