箱根そばでは、すべてのメニューがそば・うどんを選べますので、この豆腐一丁も、そばかうどんが選べます。
販促用のポスターは、そばの写真のみでうどんは文言のみなので、すべてが想像ですが、真っ白なんじゃないかな？
さて、注文して待つこと数分、どのくらい白いのでしょうか。
