We had hopped to spot a bald eagle during our travels through the United States—what we hadn't anticipated was exactly how many we would see—all at once.
Early on in our travels from Deadhorse, Alaska to Ushuaia, Argentina we stopped to visit the seaside community of Anchor Point, in the Kenai Peninsula of Alaska.
Aside from being the western-most point you can drive to on the US highway system—it is also home to a metric shit tonne of bald eagles.
