The little girl on the beach ....

A couple of years ago a read a science magazine for children , at the end of it you could read a dialogue between a little girl and a philosopher .
Her quetions was : Why do we find nature beautiful ?
His answers were :
To contemplate the beauty of a dawn, is it not, however, to live the very idea that everything starts all over again? To remain stopping in front of a landscape of peaks, is it not already to meditate on the smallness of man with regard to Nature or on the idea of time? In any case, Plato conceived the beauty of the "sensible world" as an interlacing of clues to the "intelligible world": The beauty of nature would then be this fascinating "mixture" of colors and ideas. .. When the beauty of nature fascinates us, we take a real pleasure to stop thinking.
We do not ask ourselves any more questions. We ask nothing more than to continue to contemplate, to fill ourselves with a beauty that we do not understand.
We do not ask ourselves the question of "why" anymore. This mystery that frightens us so often, that we spend our life fleeing, we finally welcome it in beauty. Why does nature seem so beautiful to us?
Because its beauty teaches us to love without understanding, without mastering, without possessing. Because its beauty reminds us that there is no because.
Whether the beauty of nature is "the brilliance of truth" or simply that of the mytle, is it not essential that there be brilliancy and that it does us so much good?
Thats how i feel things when I take photos .... Its somehting beyond me ....
