What Was I Thinking About? Jumping Too The Moon!!!

Recently I watched an interesting video by Spirit Science and when taking the shot above I was thinking about the spiritual voyage spoken of in their most recent video.

If your not familiar with their work the video above is a great place to start giving a basic description of where their beliefs lay and how a psychedelic spirit voyage works towards self healing. In short it’s all about self reflection and connection with mother nature or source or god... how ever you want to label it... ultimately going inside yourself and healing the trauma that manifests into the everyday symptoms... no I am no psychedelic tripper(at least not in years) but I am using the same teachings and through meditation I have found myself!

In the video by Spirit Science they talk about how their are differ stages or levels to the voyage taken under influence. Sometimes we simply just purge bad energy and others we receive the messages we need to create the change within our lives. The fascinating part is under guidance their seems to be no such thing as a bad trip as your intentions going in are all about discovery and healing.

How is this relevant to discovering myself with meditation you might be thinking 🤔 let me explain... I received a message though not as clear as it could have been it started the journey I am now on, to find value in my life. I have tried my own version of prayer and meditation many times with little noticeable outcome. Those times I was asking for solutions not reflecting enough to realize I am my own problem needing guidance. When I hit the lowest I have ever been and asked for answers seemingly be led to embark on my journey a requirement was made clear, good intentions for all.

So in that moment I took the shot above I was thinking about how I did my own version of a spirit journey, like in the video above when he is instructed to “jump to the moon”. I was thinking about how all of the horrible events were necessary for me to be where I am now, finally able to take a good look at myself and....
