I have to do more testing but these few pictures look ok. The camera seems to have a pretty decent dynamic range ( = the range of brightness it captures correctly from the darkest to the brightest).

It (the dynamic range) doesn't look much better than that to the naked eye. (The graffiti are quite ugly as they usually are.)
This is clearly worse than with the naked eye but still ok because the sun is directly above that abandoned house.
It's very bright out there.
