Starting the posts with the interviews from the latest edition of Mina, today I begin with the story of Brazilian Gizele Lima. I discovered her work through Instagram and fell in love immediately. Her artworks have an absurd strength that became even greater when I learned about the herstory and the feelings involved behind each of her creations.
This magazine project has allowed me to connect with extraordinary artists whom I probably wouldn't have met if it hadn't been for the creation of these articles. This is undoubtedly Mina's greatest reward. I feel super-inspired by every story we publish and I instantly feel like creating and that's incredible.
