The Petronas Tower is one of Kuala Lumpur's iconic buildings. This was taken standing in the entrance of the towers, looking out across the fountain and plaza toward the Public Bank. Many of the structures in this area are banks. A shopping mall joins the plaza behind the camera to the left.
Petronas is a major oil company and one of their interests is racing. It is not unusual to see one of their advanced race cars on display in the lobby of the towers.
The observation platform is relatively small and the line of persons wishing to go up to the observation platform is usually large.
