Wet surfaces reflect light. If the roads are already wet, you are in luck. Otherwise, just take a bottle of water and make your own puddles! - Textures
Different textures will give dimension to your image. Given that nighttime photos are mostly dark, this really helps to focus the attention exactly where it should be.
