Paradigm shift is great for motivation and change for human behavior.we all know about it but nobody try it.
Throwing an example is best way to explain it.
A old man came out from a building with his two grandchildren and cross the street.He enter into a park where all elders and children were playing there.Before them, all people maintained a peaceful environment there. Suddenly those two grandchildren playing around there with shouting and creating a mess all over there but grandfather did not stopped them to do so. Park people was so disturbed and annoyed that some of them came to grandfather and told him to stop his grandchildren.They also told grandfather why they have entered into park if they are not keeping environment calm and peaceful for other.
Grandfather told them, these children just lost their parents with a car accident and he did want them to see ugly face of parents made by accident. Hearing this news, park people who felt angry for kids suddenly felt sorry and some showed their sympathy.
Before knowing real story we make up our mind and give our opinion with that. Behinds the screens there's lot going on.
