Hello everyone! You may have noticed by the frequency of my posts, I am not working at the moment and have some time to kill.
I decided that with Summer coming, I would spend some time getting in shape. Since I have been having so many medical issues, I have neglected my workout.
I have a Roku tv, and with that comes a channel called Fitness Friend, which is filled with exercise videos. I started out doing the walk at home videos, cause I knew I could do that...
I went on to do some cardio, about killed myself trying to do Zumba, and then finally stumbled upon a video by Lucy Wyndham-Read. In this video she shows 7 exercises that focus on losing belly fat.

Lucy guarantees you will lose 1 to 2 inches from your mid-section if you do the work out everyday.
I was like... no way.
But I tried it anyways. The only thing I had to lose was this belly.
I have to say all I did was this 7 minute workout for 7 days, along with watching my calorie intake, removing my high calorie sweet tea, and any snacks of the tempting variety.
I took my measurements on day 1, and started taking photos on day 2. Each day I lost a little more around my belly.
In total I lost:
- 1 inch around my chest
- 1 1/2 inches around my waist
- 1 inch around my belly
- 1 1/2 inches around my hips
I was challenged, and I'm very sore, but this program does work, so I felt obligated to give Lucy praise for her super-dooper fat burning workout.
